Ohio Issue 5 passed on 08-NOV-06, and smoking indoors became illegal in Ohio when state-wide enforcement began on 03-MAY-07. Signs are posted, and we are providing the outside patio area for you to use to smoke while at the bar. There is no smoking inside the bar or under the covered Patio Bar area.
