The purpose of the club is to maintain an organization to further the ideals of leather brotherhood and friendship, and to promote social and charitable functions.

The purposes of the club are varied, and include charity, education, and personal and communal recreation:
• Uphold and promote leather ideals and standards
• Develop friendships and enrich our community — and the lives of our members — through club events and social outings
• Assist our community by raising and distributing funds and other goods for local charities
